Hello! My name is Ben Winstead and welcome to my web page.
I
created this web page to promote my favorite bicycle ride and charity event - the MS150, a two-day 150 mile bicycle
ride to raise awareness of multiple sclerosis and fund to cure the terrible disease.
On the MS150 page you will find links to my and my
son Benny's sponsorship links. Or you can register to ride as an individual or join a team. I invite you to join my team -

The Shop for A Cure page provides links to services and merchants
that I am affiliated with. If you follow the link and make a purchase I will receive a commission and that commission is donated
to the MS cause.
The Bicycle Education page will provide links to Maryland government
webpages related to bicycle safety and laws, links to bicycle education sites, and information on my annual Southgate Community Bike
Fest.
And the last page is a family page to share pictures of the
Winstead family.
